You will need to be a responsible student to work in our workshop, and be able to work alongside other students to create a strong learning community, where we support each other to succeed.
Do you have a passion for problem solving, designing and making things ?
This is a design and make course. You will use a design process to design and develop a product which you will then go on to make.
You will learn:
· how to use the design process to create inventive and unique design ideas
· how to work with wood
· to make your creation come to life in the Tawa College workshop
Semester A
This is a half year course.

Contributions and Equipment/StationeryStudents will be required to purchase the stationery items on the school stationery list, ready for the start of the course.
