Retailing 301
This course is designed to give students the skills and knowledge to be adaptable, highly motivated employees in the service sector. Although based on retail experience the skills are transferable to most areas of employment. Units are currently supplied by WELTEC. Topics covered include cash management, communication in retail and customer relationship skills.

Students will need to have a part-time job in the service industry to complete all the units on this course. Alternatively they may be able to complete a work experience placement. These placements are offered on the basis of completed school work, reliability and trustworthiness.

Min 40 L2 credits or be interviewed by the HOD.
