Mathematics 311 (External)
This course aims to consolidate and extend students’ mathematical skills, as well as further develop logical thinking and problem solving techniques. This is a mixed course which involves both Calculus and Statistics. This can be counted as two subjects for UE. This course is designed around the Level 3 Achievement Standards and Level 8 of the New Zealand Mathematics Curriculum. Students may put their name forward to be considered for this class but acceptance will depend on results from all three year 12 Mathematics External assessments. So this will be finalised in January.
