Mathematics With Statistics 301

Students can do concurrently with MAC301
This course aims to consolidate and extend students’ mathematical skills, as well as further develop logical thinking and problem solving techniques. It has a strong Statistics base as it focuses on building the skills necessary for interpreting data and its uses. This course is designed around the Level 3 Achievement Standards and Level 8 of the New Zealand Mathematics Curriculum. This course is useful for University Study in Mathematics, Medicine, Law, Psychology and Business
