We are surrounded by the media, but don’t know how to think critically about what we are being exposed to. In this half year course, students learn about media literacy, develop critical thinking skills, as well as practical skills (including the chance to contribute to TC News and enter competitions). Students will have fun exploring the subject, all the while preparing themselves for senior Media Studies.

In the second part of the course, we explore of the dynamic and ever-evolving world of media, where intriguing issues await your intellectual curiosity! Prepare to dive deep into thought-provoking topics such as misinformation and fake news as we unravel the complexities of the modern media landscape.
