Course Description

Teacher in Charge:

This course will offer you the choice of either an architectural or industrial design project.

This course builds on from the Level 2 course. 

It is a design course.

In this course students will:

  1. Select to focus in either architectural, product design or spatial design
  2. Complete a project in their chosen field that meets a design brief
  3. Extend their ability to use the design process in more depth
  4. Extend and develop their visual communication, analytical and creative thinking skills
  5. Broaden their use of design language and extend their ability to communicate their design thinking through broader lenses


Recommended Prior Learning

Level 2 Spatial and Product Design (SPD); or HoD approval.

Contributions and Equipment/Stationery

Students will need to purchase the stationery requirements on the school stationery list, ready for the start of the course.
